The only reason I am giving them a three, because their fees are too much when you're late and I am guilty of that. They don't have a covering over their storages to be a inside storage; fees go up every year. Anything can jump into your storages and other customers can steal your things, like brown grasshoppers jumping everywhere. They got into mines like others customers also, concierges are professional, except one of the manager that I had experienced in the pass at that particular time. I know that's not their problem nor issues. Listen to this, less fees more customers! Everyone at the location was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They responded timely and followed up accordingly. The units are clean and pest free. I love the convenience of everything. I only wish the hours extended passed 9pm to enter the property. I like moving when the sun goes down, and I found it challenging working within a certain time frame. However, I am very please with the storage and staff members.
